“Jump Right In…”

“Jump Right In…”

When opportunities arise, we have a choice.

We can ponder, analyze, and contemplate.
Oftentimes leading to Analysis Paralysis.

Or we can do some initial considerations and jump right in if it feels right.

I almost always take the path of ‘jump right in.’

I’m not saying this is the right answer.
Or that it’s right for everyone.

But it often works for me.

Especially as I further articulate my first principles and priorities.

As I gather new experiences, knowledge, and mental models of how things can work.

And as I accept that everything doesn’t have to be perfect, completely planned out, or the entire path visible and known.

Try.
Run into obstacles.
Pivot.
And keep moving forward.

I learn a lot while others are still analyzing the situation, all the facts, and all the possibilities. Overwhelmed with making a decision.

I saw this choice play out, firsthand, a few months ago as the StoryAthlete / Profitable Impact Business 90 Day Immersion opportunity opened up.

My thought process went like this:

⇒ Will this help us build our business? Yes.
⇒ Do I trust Ryan (the business owner)? 100%.
⇒ Dates, am I free? Yep.
⇒ Money, can I scrap it together? It’s a lot, but yes, I’ll find a way.

So I signed up.
And never looked back.

Then, I started hearing other people’s stories.

Some have been following Ryan for 3+ years
They know way more about him and what he’s capable of offering than I do.
They know they need help in their business.
And yet they contemplated for weeks on if they would sign up.

In fact, they could have signed up for an earlier immersion but didn’t because they just weren’t sure enough..

I’m not judging them. Not at all.

I find it interesting how different we all are when it comes to making decisions.

And it makes me wonder if they regret not jumping in earlier.

It makes me wonder where they would be with their businesses had they said YES six months ago.

And this curiosity is something I want to dig into more.

I’m inclined towards taking action.
Others are inclined towards analyzing.

Both types will be deciding if they want to follow Breanne and me.

If they’ll trust us.
If they’ll join our challenges.
If they’ll join our community.
If they’ll believe in our shared vision.

So, how do we speak to both?
How do we help both make the choice that’s best for them?

We jump right in and try. That’s how.
Over time, we’ll figure this out too!
